- All prices include GST.
- A 50% booking fee is due within a week of the invoice date; the balance a week after the service or shoot.
- Travel included within Greater Brisbane; Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and beyond by arrangement.
- Drone footage is subject to CASA airspace restrictions at the location.
- From-prices cover the standard scope described; unusual venues, durations or deadlines are quoted individually.
Good questions
What does a live stream cost?
Price scales with the number of cameras, operators and hours. A single-camera stream of a ceremony sits at the entry level; a three-camera switched conference stream with graphics is more. Use the quote builder or ask the concierge for an instant estimate.
Can the stream be private?
Yes, we can stream to an unlisted or password-protected link so only people you share it with can watch. Common for funerals, AGMs and internal company events.
What if the venue internet is bad?
We carry bonded cellular internet as standard backup. If the venue connection drops, the stream keeps going over 4G/5G without viewers noticing.
Do viewers need an account to watch?
No. We send you a link before the event; anyone with the link can watch on a phone, computer or smart TV without signing up for anything.
